Indian Bank has reassigned Shri Navin Kumar Shrivastava as Chief General Manager – Chief Risk Officer (CRO) effective January 1, 2026. He was previously serving as General Manager in the Risk Management Department of the Bank. He is an engineering graduate with diplomas in Treasury, Investment and Risk Management, and International Banking and Finance, and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). He has over 31 years of banking experience. The change is an internal elevation within the Bank's senior management team.
This is a routine internal senior management restructuring with no change in the top leadership of the Bank. Shareholders are unlikely to see any material impact on the stock or business, as it is an experienced internal candidate being elevated to the CRO role.
