The very next day, on November 4, 2025, the company appointed Mr. Arvind Uppal as the new Chief Business Officer. Mr. Uppal is an internal candidate, currently serving as Head – Collections, and brings over 22 years of experience in strategy, sales, business development, credit and risk. The company will separately appoint a new Head – Collections in due course.
This is a routine internal transition with no disruption, as the replacement is being made from within the company. Shareholders should note continuity in business leadership, though the role of Chief Business Officer is a Key Managerial Personnel position, and a new Head – Collections will need to be filled shortly.
