IVP Ltd reported strong FY2025-26 results with revenue up 10.3% to Rs 59,455 lakhs and net profit surging 65% to Rs 1,868 lakhs. EPS improved significantly to Rs 18.09 from Rs 10.96. The Board recommended a final dividend of 15% (Rs 1.5 per share), subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditors M/s Rajendra & Co issued an unmodified opinion. The company also disclosed a fraud by a sales employee involving Rs 613 lakhs (fully provided for) and a one-time charge of Rs 46 lakhs due to new labour codes. Borrowings were reduced substantially from Rs 10,442 lakhs to Rs 6,537 lakhs, and cash position improved to Rs 314 lakhs.
Strong financial performance with 65% profit growth and improved cash position is positive for shareholders. The Rs 1.5 dividend and reduced debt levels indicate a healthy balance sheet. However, the disclosed fraud case may create some investor concern despite full provisioning.
