Mrs Biji S S takes charge as Executive Director of Karnataka Bank

Karnataka Bank announced that Mrs. Biji Sreekrishnavilas Sankaranarayanan assumed charge as Executive Director on July 15, 2026, for a 3-year term. She was earlier approved by the board on May 19, 2026 as Additional Director designated as Whole Time Director. She now becomes a Key Managerial Personnel of the bank. She has 31 years of banking experience across corporate, retail, branch banking, liabilities, secured assets, and digital transformation. She is a postgraduate in Mathematics, MBA in HR, and certified by IIMK. She is not related to any existing director and has not been debarred by SEBI.
