Lactose India filed its 35th Annual Report for FY 2025-26. Revenue rose 39% to Rs. 16,436.20 lakhs from Rs. 11,785.32 lakhs. Net profit grew 17% to Rs. 606.28 lakhs from Rs. 516.29 lakhs. EPS improved to Rs. 4.82 from Rs. 4.10. Foreign exchange earnings were Rs. 3,114.43 lakhs. No dividend recommended. AGM scheduled for Sept 30, 2026.
