IVIS gets LOI from Manappuram Finance for AI e-surveillance across 1000 plus branches

Magellanic Cloud's wholly-owned subsidiary IVIS International has received a non-binding Letter of Intent from Manappuram Finance for AI-powered e-surveillance across about 1,000 plus branches. The engagement covers supply, installation, commissioning, centralized monitoring and maintenance of security infrastructure, including intelligent surveillance, real-time event monitoring, automated alerts and vault operations monitoring. It strengthens the company's presence in the BFSI segment. The LOI is non-binding with no contract value disclosed, and final scope, commercials and timelines depend on definitive agreements and purchase orders.
