Mr. Ankur Bansal, Head – Strategy & Transformation and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of Mahindra Logistics Limited, will resign from the company effective close of 31 May 2026. However, this is not an exit from the Mahindra group – he is being transferred internally to MLL Express Services Private Limited (MESPL), a wholly-owned subsidiary, where he will take over as Chief Executive Officer from 1 June 2026. This internal movement is being made to fill a vacancy created by the resignation of the current CEO of MESPL, Mr. Prasanna Pahade, who is leaving the group to pursue other professional interests outside. The company has clarified this as part of Mahindra group's good people practices of talent movement.
This is an internal reorganization within the Mahindra group and not a loss of talent. While Ankur Bansal is stepping down from the main listed company, he remains within the group in a more senior role.
