We hereby attaching you the board meeting outcome

Virupaksha Organics Limited has successfully completed its open offer and taken control as the new promoter of Oxygenta Pharmaceutical Ltd, effective June 20, 2025. As a result, the entire board was reconstituted: 6 new directors were appointed — 2 Executive (Mr. Chandra Mouliswar Reddy Gangavaram, Mr. Balasubba Reddy Mamilla), 1 Non-Executive (Mrs. Vedavathi Gangavaram), and 3 Independent (Mr. Veera Reddy Arava, Mr. Sidda Reddy Kanuparthi, Mrs. Sharvari Swapnil Shinde). All 6 outgoing directors — 3 Executive Directors (Mr. Sunil Vishram Chawda, Mrs. Sravani Reddy Gantla, Mr. Kanuganti Raghavender Rao) and 3 Independent Directors (Mr. Bharath Reddy Guntuku, Mrs. Padmaja Surapureddy, Mrs. Aakanksha Sachin Dubey) — resigned citing the takeover and change in management. Mr. Sai Sudhakar Vankineni continues as Managing Director & CFO, and all board committees (Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, Stakeholders' Relationship) were also reconstituted.
