Poonawalla Fincorp published a notice in The Financial Express and Loksatta on the special window for re-lodging physical-share transfer requests, following SEBI's January 30, 2026 circular. Eligible requests returned for document discrepancies may be refiled from March 16 to July 17, 2026 and, if accepted, credited as of January 31, 2026.
This helps eligible physical shareholders complete pending transfers. It has no direct effect on earnings, capital or dividends.
