PTC India Financial Services has issued a Letter of Intent (LoI) on 23rd June 2025 to Enviro Infra Engineers Limited, the highest bidder, for resolving the debt (NPA) of Vento Power Infra Pvt. Limited through a change in management process. The gross transaction value is Rs. 115.60 crore. The resolution is still subject to the bidder accepting the LoI, signing final agreements, receiving the transaction amount, and completing the closure. PTC India Financial Services had run a price discovery process before selecting the highest bidder.
This is a positive step for PTC India Financial Services as it moves closer to recovering dues from a stuck NPA. Successful closure would free up locked capital and reduce provisioning, though the deal is not yet final.
