Repco Home Finance's board, at its August 7, 2025 meeting, approved unaudited Q1 FY26 results along with two director appointments and an interim dividend. Standalone net profit came in at Rs. 107.69 crores on total income of Rs. 294.37 crores, a slight dip from Rs. 113.93 crores and Rs. 280.88 crores in Q1 FY25, with basic EPS of Rs. 17.26 versus Rs. 18.37 a year ago. Consolidated net profit was Rs. 114.88 crores (vs Rs. 112.50 crores). The board declared an interim dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share (25% on face value of Rs. 10) for FY26. Mr. Paiyur Kuppuraman Vaidyanathan, currently Chief Development Officer and a Repco Bank (promoter) officer on deputation, was appointed as Wholetime/Executive Director for two years, subject to RBI and shareholder approval. Dr. G. Venkataiah was appointed as an additional Non-Executive Independent Director for three years (2025–2028), subject to shareholder approval.
Marginal year-on-year decline in Q1 profit and EPS may draw a measured market response, but the 25% interim dividend offers near-term support to shareholders. The Wholetime Director appointment draws from the promoter bank, signalling leadership continuity rather than a fresh external hire.
