Rose Merc Limited has sent notice of its 42nd AGM on September 10, 2026 at 4 PM via video conferencing, along with the FY26 Annual Report. Consolidated revenue grew 12.3 percent to Rs. 88.48 crore with EBITDA at Rs. 18.74 crore (21.2 percent margin). Net profit after minority interest swung to Rs. 5.68 crore from a Rs. 0.56 crore loss in FY25. Board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.35 per share, nearly triple last year's Rs. 0.12.
