The board amended a composite restructuring plan approved in March 2026. Intellectual property will remain with the company and later pass to Grew Energy through the amalgamation. Approvals from BSE, NCLT, CCI, shareholders and creditors are pending. Standalone Q2 revenue was Rs 367.58 lakh and profit Rs 90.58 lakh, versus Rs 533.74 lakh and Rs 248.91 lakh a year earlier. Half-year profit fell to Rs 339.51 lakh from Rs 509.85 lakh.
Restructuring still needs several approvals, so outcome and timing are uncertain. Lower Q2 and half-year profits may weigh on investor sentiment.
