Shashijit Infraprojects has resubmitted its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025 to BSE, after the exchange flagged that the figures in the original submission (made on 13th February 2026) were not clearly visible. The company clarified that there is no change in the actual numbers — only the formatting and legibility have been improved. For Q3 FY26, the company reported total revenue of about Rs 4.28 crore and a small net profit of Rs 8.66 lakhs (EPS Rs 0.015), compared to a net loss of Rs 19.68 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, it posted a net profit of Rs 31.96 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 71.40 lakhs in the same period last year, indicating a turnaround to profitability despite lower revenue.
This is purely a procedural resubmission with no change in numbers, so there should be no direct impact on the stock price. However, the underlying results show the company has swung to a small profit from a loss a year ago, which is mildly positive for shareholders even though revenues have declined.
