Signet Industries Board will meet on September 5, 2026 at shorter notice to approve the Board's Report, Management Discussion and Analysis, Corporate Governance Report, and Secretarial Audit Report for FY 2025-26. It will also fix the date, time and venue of the upcoming AGM, set the record date for final dividend, appoint a scrutinizer for e-voting, and consider alterations to the main object clause of the Memorandum of Association.
