Snowman Logistics Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Cessation of Mr Arun Kumar Gupta as Non- Executive Independent Director of the company w.e.f. April 26, 2026.

Snowman Logistics Limited's Board meeting on April 20, 2026 resulted in several key leadership changes. Two Non-Executive Independent Directors — Mr. Arun Kumar Gupta and Mr. Bhaskar Avula Reddy — will cease their roles effective close of business on April 26, 2026, upon completion of their second consecutive 5-year terms as per SEBI regulations. To fill the resulting vacancies, the Board appointed Mr. Raghav Chandra (a retired IAS officer with extensive infrastructure and governance experience, including as Chairman of NHAI) and Ms. Sriparna Ganguly Chaudhuri (a development sector leader with over three decades of experience across Tata Steel, Children, and other organizations) as Additional Directors designated as Non-Executive Independent Directors, effective April 20, 2026, subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. Separately, the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, Mr. Sohan Singh Dhakad, resigned effective April 30, 2026, to pursue an external opportunity, and Ms. Richa Gupta (a qualified CS with ~8 years of experience at ITC, Vedant Fashions, and other firms) was appointed in his place effective May 1, 2026. The Board also updated its authorized KMP list under Regulation 30(5).
