Snowman Logistics Limited's Board meeting on April 20, 2026 approved several key changes. Two Non-Executive Independent Directors - Mr. Arun Kumar Gupta and Mr. Bhaskar Avula Reddy - will cease to be directors from April 26, 2026, after completing their second consecutive 5-year terms.
