Solara files FY2025-26 BRSR with stronger renewable energy use

Solara submitted its BRSR for FY2025-26 under SEBI listing rules, covering six manufacturing sites on a standalone basis. Turnover was Rs 1,374.87 crore, net worth Rs 1,252.88 crore and exports were 52%. It reported 81% renewable energy, an 8.5% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions, 16% less landfill waste and zero product recalls. There were four recordable worker injuries and an LTIFR of 0.80, with no employee injuries or fatalities. One shareholder complaint was resolved, no regulatory fines were reported, and the CEO oversees sustainability as no board committee exists.
