Supreme Infrastructure India has received a Letter of Intent worth INR 71.30 Crore for excavation and shore piling works at the One Forest Avenue project in Powai, Mumbai. The order is from Brookfield-backed BSS Property Ventures and Rajeshwar Property Ventures. Work covers excavating 450,000 cubic meters of soil and rock and 300mm shore piling at 15 meter average depth. The company called it a significant boost to its order book, aiding ongoing financial restructuring.
Positive for order book and revenue visibility, but still an LOI and the company is mid-restructuring. Watch execution and conversion.
