Supreme Infrastructure India reported FY26 revenue of Rs 65.33 Crore (vs Rs 66.16 Crore in FY25). The company swung to PAT of Rs 5,796.43 Crore from a loss of Rs 1,426.31 Crore, largely on debt restructuring gains. Net worth restored to positive Rs 237.2 Crore. EBITDA improved to negative Rs 1.68 Crore. Strategic investors Kitara Capital and Vikas Khemani infused growth capital. 11 of 14 lenders fully paid. New contracts over Rs 100 Crore secured during the year.
Massive PAT is mostly from debt writebacks, not operations. Stock may react to restored net worth and lender settlements, but underlying business remains weak.
