Supreme Infrastructure India Limited has been awarded a ₹450 Crore turnkey construction contract for the development of a Project Affected Persons (PAP) housing complex in Powai, Mumbai. The project is being undertaken by BSS Property Ventures and Rajeshwar Property Ventures, entities majority-owned by Brookfield-managed funds. Supreme Infrastructure will serve as the EPC contractor for Phase 1, covering approximately 16 lakh sq. ft. of built-up area including civil, MEP, and infrastructure works, to be completed over 36 months. With this addition, the company's total order book rises to ₹1,725 Crore, comprising high-value projects with reputed clients such as Larsen & Toubro and Brookfield-backed ventures.
This contract win strengthens the company's order book visibility for the next three years and reinforces its credibility through association with Brookfield. However, execution risk on a large 36-month project and dependence on timely payments from the client remain key factors for shareholders to watch.
