On the reaction day the stock moved 3.0 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.1 pts more than its Other Bank peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Suryoday Small Finance Bank has appointed Mr. Alok Pathak as its new Chief Risk Officer for a three year term starting October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2029. Pathak brings over 26 years of banking experience including more than 8 years as a Chief Risk Officer. Separately, existing CRO Mr. Yogesh Dixit, who has been with the bank since 2015 and served as CRO since 2017, has been redesignated as Head of Governance Projects.
Routine senior leadership reshuffle aimed at strengthening risk oversight; unlikely to materially move the stock.
