On the reaction day the stock moved 0.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.4 pts less than its Tour Travel Related Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
BSE issued a no-adverse-observation letter for Thomas Cook India's Composite Scheme of Arrangement. Under the scheme, TCIL's resort business will demerge into Sterling Holiday Resorts, while three travel firms (TC Visa Services, Jardin Travel Solutions, Borderless Travel Services) will merge into TCIL. Board approved the scheme in March 2026. TCIL must now file the scheme with NCLT within six months.
Scheme moves a step closer to completion. NCLT and shareholder approvals still required. Sterling Holiday Resorts will list separately after the demerger.
