Valencia Nutrition's subsidiary Valencia Beverages and Superwater has fully commissioned Unit I (15 Aug 2025) and Unit II (14 Jan 2026) of its PET bottle facility in Hyderabad, Telangana. The combined capacity of both units is around 5.10 lakh bottles per day, covering carbonated beverages and a new hybrid hot-fill juice line that produces juices, nata-de drinks, fruit-based drinks, pulp beverages and soda variants on a single integrated line under brands such as Bounce Superdrinks, Vitafizz, Pulpify and Powerplay. Unit II is IoT-enabled and was reportedly set up at about 60% of industry-standard capex within 3 months. Management described this as the first of 27 integrated beverage plants the subsidiary plans to roll out across India by 2030.
Positive operational milestone showing fast execution and cost-efficient capacity build-out, which supports the growth narrative; however, the 27-plant ambition is still a forward-looking target, so investors should track actual revenue uptake and plant utilisation in coming quarters before pricing in the full expansion plan.
