Revised Outcome of Board Meeting - Changes in Key Managerial Personnel

Varyaa Creations announced a CFO change effective December 30, 2025. Ms. Sarika Naheta resigned as Chief Financial Officer citing personal reasons, and the Board noted her resignation the same day. In her place, Mr. Santosh Gopale was appointed as the new CFO with effect from December 30, 2025, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Audit Committee. Mr. Gopale holds a B.Com degree from Pune University and brings over 17 years of experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, budgeting, and cost control.
